Trained under top professional Collin Johns in Vietnam, Aron Ong returns to Singapore with a coaching framework built on world-class foundations. That experience is not a credential on a wall — it is the living backbone of how the academy trains, teaches, and develops every athlete and coach within its system.
As Head Coach, Aron leads the development of five full-time coaches through a structured internal pathway, setting an uncompromising standard for instruction and delivery. At the core is a weekly knowledge-transfer programme built around five pillars: RPO teaching methodology, technical and tactical curriculum planning, class structure standardisation, player development pathway design, and international knowledge sharing.
The result is a coaching team that speaks the same language, teaches to the same standard, and delivers consistent, high-quality sessions across the board — every session, every coach, every time. Where most academies teach the game, Aron is building the system that teaches the coaches.
