Ho Wei Khai brings institutional rigour and commercial acuity to the academy's leadership. As Head Coach, he sets the technical direction of the academy's coaching programmes, shaping how athletes at every level train, compete, and develop. A former member of the National Pickleball Association's Tournaments Committee, he was directly involved in the planning and execution of sanctioned competitions at the national level. He now directs business development, strategic partnerships, and coaching operations — ensuring the academy is as well-structured off the court as it is formidable on it.
