By accessing and enrolling in programmes offered by our pickleball academy, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Payment Methods
We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved digital payment platforms as indicated on our website. All bookings are confirmed only upon successful receipt of full payment, unless otherwise stated.
2. Changes to Services
The academy reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or discontinue any classes, programmes, coaches, or services at its discretion. Where possible, participants will be notified in advance, and suitable alternatives or arrangements may be offered.
3. Warranties & Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality coaching and a safe training environment, all programmes are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. The academy makes no guarantees regarding specific performance outcomes or results. Participants acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and agree that the academy shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred, except where required by law.
4. Intellectual Property
All training materials, content, methodologies, and resources provided by the academy remain the intellectual property of the academy. These materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.
5. Membership Modification & Termination
The academy reserves the right to amend membership structures, pricing, and benefits at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships or access to services in cases of misconduct, breach of terms, or non-compliance with academy policies, without refund where applicable.
